Attached is a text workfile for use in creating the Kindred Spirits weekly  email and website updates each week.

Download the file below, then open it only with "Wordpad" or another

simple text editor that strips out all HTML code and only leaves the text.

Make any changes in this file first, save the file, then copy and paste

into the "Weekly Handout" document and the website page updates.

This insures that all code is removed first, and all the webpages and

email will be uniform and look right.

When finished with the changes to this text file, save it, then attach the

saved version back to this page and delete the old version as you save

this webpage. Then this page and the text file are ready to use next time.
